The Klavenzerhöfl sits right beside the vineyards of Kaltern on the South Tyrolean Wine Road. The historic village centre is still only 5 to 10 minutes away on foot. From the terrace you look out over the vines to the mountains of South Tyrol.

Here Helga Morandell Pillon lets two holiday apartments: both for 2 guests: a holiday apartment for couples and a luxury apartment with its own garden. She has been welcoming guests for ten years. On Airbnb she has Superhost status.

Many guests remember the homemade apple juice on arrival and Helga’s tips for excursions and restaurants.

The whole house is heated and cooled by a geothermal heat pump, with no oil or gas.

Holiday apartment for couples to unwind and enjoy

Sun terrace by the vineyard and small pool.

The apartment is modern and furnished with great attention to detail. The bathroom is bright and spacious, the kitchen fully equipped.

Its heart is the large sun terrace, just a few metres from the vineyard. Comfortable garden furniture and loungers make it the place for breakfast in the sun and long, mild summer and autumn evenings.

Cool off in the small pool, which both apartments use. A small swing seat stands next to the entrance, and you can park your car free of charge in the covered parking space at the house.

The second apartment combines modern design with a quiet setting among the vineyards. It is on the ground floor, with no stairs, and has its own entrance.

Outside, a private garden with hammock, sun loungers, dining area, barbecue and a large swing seat is yours alone. The small pool, which both apartments use, is there for you too.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, air fryer and hob, and there is a washing machine and tumble dryer. Covered parking at the house is free, and you can charge your electric car on site.

The Klavenzerhöfl lies in a quiet spot among the vines. In 5 minutes on foot you are in the historic centre, and the South Tyrolean Wine Museum is about 10 minutes away.

There is a local bus stop about 50 metres from the house. Buses to Bolzano and to Lake Kaltern each run 2 to 3 times an hour. The Mendel Pass and the Monticolo lakes are close by as well.

Wine and food

The vines start right at the house. The Wine Museum is about a 10 minute walk away.

Hiking

The Klavenzerhöfl is a starting point for walks and trips to Lake Kaltern.

Cycling

The Klavenzerhöfl is a starting point for bike rides and trips to Lake Kaltern.

Swimming

In summer, Lake Kaltern and the Monticolo lakes are a short trip away. If you would rather stay at the farm, the small pool is right by the house.
